How to return a Ruddersafe
- Register your returnSend an email to info@ruddersafe-shop.com with your order number and the reason for return. Because return shipping depends on your country, we will provide you with the correct instructions.
- Pack the product securelyReturn the item complete and undamaged in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, manual, and all accompanying parts.
- Send the parcelSend the parcel to the return address below. Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
- Refund or exchangeUpon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used, or send you the correct type.
